What are my options for sending my cards to Omnigrading?
We suggest utlizing our submission kits (currently only available to US customers). Alternatively. you can organize your own shipment to our grading facility.
What is the shipping address for your grading facility?
Our grading facility is in Seattle, Washington.
When you complete your purchase, our address will be shared on the order confirmation page, as well as in your order confirmation email.
What cards can I submit?
We currently are only accepting Pokemon cards of standard size (2.5"x3.5"). We're working on adding additional TCGs and sports cards. We'll keep you posted as we update our database!
Are cards insured when submitting with the Submission Kit?
All orders are insured up to a value of $100 during return shipping, with the option to purchase additional coverage at competitive rates. Please note that this insurance applies only to shipments from our grading facility back to you. Shipments sent to our facility are not covered by our insurance, and customers are responsible for insuring their packages as needed (except Submission Kit orders, which include $100 USD insurance on the shipment to our grading facility).
After confirming my order, how much time do I have to send my cards?
There’s no hard deadline, but we recommend shipping your cards within a few days of receiving your submission kit to keep things moving smoothly. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll send a reminder!
Do you ship the Submission Kit internationally?
At this time, we are only offering our submission kit to customers in the United States.
How do I submit cards on my own?
- Safely secure your cards in soft sleeves and semi-rigid sleeves. Please do not use rigid toploaders as they are not as secure.
- Stack your cards and sandwich them between two rigid pieces of cardboard or plastic.
- Wrap your cards in bubble wrap and secure tightly.
- Place your cards and a printout of your order confirmation into a box. Please do not ship your cards in an envelope.
- Seal the box and ship it to our grading facility. Our address will be shared after your purchase: on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
How do I submit cards with the submission kit?

Step 1
Select the Submission Kit when you place your order
We provide you all the materials needed to safely submit your cards, including a pre-paid shipping label, and mailer. Alternatively, you can choose to ship your cards to us using your own preferred method.

Step 2
Place your cards into soft-sleeves
This protects your cards from scratches during shipping and handling.

Step 3
Place the soft-sleeved cards into semi-rigid card holders
These provide firm protection against bending and ensure your cards stay flat during transit.

Step 4
Stack your cards between the rigid plastic protectors
These rigid barriers shield your cards from corner and edge damage.

Step 5
Bubble-wrap your cards, and secure with rubber bands
This adds cushioning and keeps your cards together during shipping.

Step 6
Enclose in waterproof bag
This adds additional protection for your cards

Step 7
Enclose in mailer and ship to our grading facility
Place your cards in the provided mailer with the pre-applied shipping label (which will have the address to our facility already printed), and drop it off at any post office. Don't forget to include a printout of your order confirmation!
We'll notify you when your package arrives and when it's on its way back!
